How Long to Lose Belly Fat?

So, I’m asked all the time, how long to lose belly fat? This is a very good question and one that many people struggle with. The answer isn’t always the same for everyone, but I’ll give you an example that might shed some light on this. In this article I’ll give you an example of someone who lost weight fairly quickly.

There is a guy in our local gym. He was losing weight pretty rapidly. Now, this guy was a bit of a run-aholic and he enjoyed running late at night. This worked out well for him because he could go for hours on his treadmill and sweat off calories that day. However, he didn’t like how his stomach looked.

He was getting down there about an inch or two every week. He would go to the mirror and be horrified at how fat his belly was. At this point he was asking himself, how long to lose belly fat? He didn’t want to look like a frump anymore.

After talking to some friends of his, they told him that it wasn’t his fault that he was getting fat. The real problem was his diet and how much time he spent running. These things accounted for about 40% of his excess belly fat. To make matters worse, he was really enjoying running. Running wasn’t fun when his belly was making him feel ugly.

So, he decided that he needed to change his diet. He wanted to learn how to lose belly fat, just as he had learned how to do everything else, health wise. He needed to focus on eating healthy foods and start exercising. He knew that if he worked hard at it now, he would be able to lose belly fat in a few short weeks.

A few short weeks turned into months, into a year, and then into a couple. It took him almost a whole year to see significant results. Now, years later, he is finally ready to do another program. Will he lose belly fat that fast? Will he have two inches flabs by next week? Who knows, but he has taken a giant step on the road towards beating his obesity.

There are other people who have had weight loss success in a shorter amount of time. Some of them started losing weight as teens. Others were able to shed the flab after being sedentary for too long. There are so many possibilities when it comes to beating belly fat. The key is to take the right steps and to make sure that you have the dedication to continue to work toward your goal.

So, how long to lose belly fat really depends on you? Everyone’s case is different. If you are committed to seeing results, then you will see results. If not, you need to commit yourself again and get started on the right plan to get the results you want.

Everyone thinks that there is just one easy way to lose belly fat. But, there isn’t. As stated before, everybody has different reasons for carrying around excess fat. So, instead of blindly following anyone who has come up with the magic word ”diet,” why not think about what will work for you? You may be surprised to find out that a proper diet and exercise are all you need to eliminate the fat around your stomach.

No matter how long to lose belly fat you may be searching for, one thing is for certain. You are going to have to put in some work. The best thing about working out is that you get results almost immediately. That’s not to say that you can’t go for days or weeks without working out. You can, but chances are you will see some quick results.

When trying to figure out how long to lose belly fat, you must also consider the health risks involved. Excess weight has been linked to such things as high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer. Now, these are just a few of the risks. If you’re trying to get in shape and you don’t want to run the risk of getting any of these diseases, then it is definitely wise to take steps to lower your weight now while you still can.

So, how long to lose belly fat really depends on you? The answer is up to you. Some people might want to do it really fast, while others might want to hang in there and work their way slowly. It’s up to you.
