Stand with one leg in the air and the other on the ground, with your hands placed on your hips and your arms hanging by your sides. Now raise your legs up towards your body, and squeeze your buttocks into the air. Do the same with the other leg.

Hanging upside down is another one of the many ways on how to lose belly fat without working out. Again, you will need to do a yoga or Pilates routine to help your balance and core muscles. Lower yourself onto the ground lightly, and then raise one leg up as high as you can, hold it for a few seconds before lowering it again. Repeat with the other leg.

Plank until you feel that you are losing your grip on the plank position. Inhale and slowly exhale at the same time, to increase the intensity of the workout.
